We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice or liability.

Full payment for services is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

Allergies and Sensitivities

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin irritations if you have not disclosed relevant information to us.

We use professional-grade products from reputable brands, but we cannot guarantee that products will not cause reactions in sensitive individuals.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

For regular appointments (non-bridal), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

For bridal services, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding date: Deposit is forfeited
  • Cancellations made 30-60 days before the wedding date: 50% of the total service cost is payable
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date: 100% of the total service cost is payable

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability.

For bridal services, rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking, depending on the circumstances and our availability.

Artist Cancellations

In the rare event that Quietinlet needs to cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Attempt to find a suitable replacement artist of similar skill level
  • If no replacement is available, offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of any deposits paid
